The Lobby Up! Code of Conduct outlines how users are expected to interact with each other and with league admins. Violations of this code may result in removal from the league and possibly a ban from all Lobby Up! events.
Harassment
The harassment of persons in LU! events and communities is not permitted. Harassment is defined as: words or behavior that threatens, intimidates, or demeans a person. Harassment is unwanted, uninvited, and unwelcome and causes nuisance, alarm, or substantial emotional distress without any legitimate purpose.
LU! understands that trash talking is common in sports as well as Esports however there is a limit on what is acceptable. If users are approaching or have surpassed this limit they will be warned/corrected. If issues continue users may be suspended, removed from an event without a refund, or even banned from all LU! events.
Derogatory Terms / Racism
The use of derogatory terms or racial slurs or unfair treatment on the basis of race is not permitted in LU! events and communities. Derogatory terms that display homophobia, sexism, racism or otherwise demean or belittle persons are not permitted.
There is no place for racism in LU! events or communities. The use of racist terms, slurs, or unfair treatment on the basis of race will not be met with a warning and instead will instantly result in a removal from the LU! event and will incur a suspension or ban from all LU! events.
